Playing with Kanban 

Yesterday i decided i would have a little play with some new kanban kits that i have and i must say i had great fun doing so . They are so versatile that anything can be achieved . 

So here is just a few for you to view. Today i will be playing a little bit more .

       *~*  Crackers its nearly Christmas*~*

 Good morning everyone on this cold day .As you all know its only 2  months till xmas so i thought i better crack on with my xmas cards and handmade gifts.

So Here we are . I have made a box of little crackers with matching xmas card .

To start with i made the  box , this being the size guide i would be working with to make the crackers and the matching card.

 The stamps i used are from Stampin Up. They were perfect to make cute scene settings .

I had no template for the crackers so it was a case of trial and error . But thankfully i got the measurements spot on and it was first time lucky ..fweee!!!

 DT Auturmn card

Autumn/ Halloween

Good morning to you all and welcome to another great challenge over at Dcc & Friends . This months theme is Autumn / Halloween. 

As you can see i have chosen Autumn for my card. I couldn't resist these sweet little Owls i found among my huge collection of decoupage.

This month we have some fantastic prizes again and some excellent sponsor's .   The first is particraft who have kindly donated 2 A5 stamp sets. And last but not least  papercraftjunkies who have also kindly donated 4 digi stamps of your choice.

 A male birthday.

Good morning to you all on this very chilly morning .

Today i would like to share a male card with you .

Using a brown ink i stamped onto a piece of stampin up male papers and heat embossed with clear embossing powder . I did the same for the greeting . I layered the image , greeting and backing paper all onto brown handmade fibber papers which i tore around the edges to give more texture and effect wrapping some string and brown  fibbers around the centre image.

Finally i added 3 card candi and a die cut key which i heat embossed and added a chain for movement .

       My Dt card for 

  Paper craft Junkies

Welcome to another great challenge over at 

The new challenge is Halloween / Scardy cats and here is my DT card .

The image i used is one of PCJ images a feebie you can find on their website paper craft junkies freebies her name is Angelise .
The glittered embellishments on my card were done so using Tim Holtz Distress Stickles. ( That always makes me chuckle )

The flowers are scrunch flowers made from tissue paper held together with a brad . I thought they gave a good effect .

  Tag swaps ..For October

Good morning thank you for popping by.

Today i'm sharing a couple of things that i made yesterday . 

Firstly here are a couple of tags i made for our group October tag swap. The theme is Halloween . 

The 1st tag i made using black card heat embossing some Halloween stamps onto it and then covering in a purple cosmic shimmer mist. I then cut out a a plain black witch on her broom stick and covered it with a thick layer of cosmic shimmer and extra thick embossing powder.

My 2nd tag is  ""sweet Halloween "" I thought that not every thing should be scary , so cute was the way to go !!!

And finally here is a birthday card i have made for my Nephew. The stamps are from PaperArtsy . I really enjoyed using them.
