                        All of a flutter

Evening everyone , hope you all have had a good day and been safe and warm in all this chilly and  snowy weather.
Today i would like to share with you a Anniversary card that i made for my Mum & Dads  52nd  wedding anniversary .

Over the years i have always made them elegant card but this year i thought it was time for a change and after all i had these wonderful Free stamps and papers drop on my door step the other morning in the new Papercraft Essentials magazine.
They are just adorable!!!

I stamped  each of the owl images on to 2 matching  coloured papers  then cut out the eyes and main body of one so that i could make them into decoupage owls to give depth to the card.
The tree branch is also part of the stamp set . I then stuck the owls onto a heart shaped doily . Using the free papers i created a background and used faux stitching around the edges.

My final touches are a sentiment i made using my trusted printer and cutting it out with a heart shaped die . And a flower made from dovecraft flower shapes ,and for the leaves i used the wigs from the stamp set . I would also like to enter this card into Emma's card challenge .

Thank you all for popping by and i would like to thank you all so much for all the wonderful and charming comments that you have all left in the past .

Have a super evening
Luv & Hugs
Caroline
