The best news in the world 


Good morning to everyone i know i havn't Blogged in a few days as i have been having such a exhausting but wonderful weekend and this is why !!!


Please say hello to Carter James Rogerson  my beautiful Grandson .Born 10.17 pm on Sunday 24th March weighing it a very healthy 8lb 2oz . I had the honour of being with my Daughter Astra from the start of her labour at 2am all the way through till she gave birth . 
I am so proud of Astra for having a natural water birth but it was so hard seeing someone you love in so much pain . Im also very proud of her partner Ashley who supported her the whole way through (even though he was nearly sick when he saw the placenta)
 Being a Nanny is the best feeling in the world and i will cherish every moment with this beautiful little boy .

    I'm so thrilled for you Caroline. Being a Nanny is wonderful and you will get so much pleasure from Carter. It is hard being with your daughter in labour but I'm sure Astra benefitted from you being there to support her as well as Ashley x
