         Card samples for CraftStyle Products

                 "Celebrate good times"

Wow what can i say !!! I had so much fun playing around with the "Celebrate good times " kit . It had lots of different element's for me to choose from ,so i selected some of each . My 1st card i used the die cut flowers , some of the papers ,  some acetate and my own dies to create this beautiful , box card .

My 2nd card i made quiet " funky " still using some of the flowers , the die cut bunting  co-ordinating papers and a greeting . The papers go so well with each other that you can really jazz a card up or just make it simple .

My 3rd card i used some embossed black card (which is also from craftstyle products) a greeting and some co-ordinating papers  . Simple but effective .

Card 4 i have taken a greeting , 1 piece of bunting and a flower from the kit and mounted onto co-ordirnating papers also by craftstyle products . There are many different colour ways in this kit so gives a great range for you to play with .

This kit i found to be very versatile . As you can see the card above can be used for , birthdays or even mothers day .  Picture 1 shows the out side and picture 2 the inside .

This card i feel can be leaned more towards a male card , but i think most of us enjoy a bit of black and red .

This has to be one of my favourites . I have used a A4 sheet of acetate folded in half to make the card blank . It gives a whole new feel to the card . Using your own dies just add that little bit extra .

An easel card using more of the die cut bunting , all the papers are from the kit along with the greeting's and embellishments . Another funky make !!

And finally my last card a tri-fold card using a flower and greetings from the kit . The white papers i have edge with ink are also by cartfstyle products  and i have decorated the inside of this card as well as the out .

Well i hope you have enjoyed viewing my creations , all comments are welcome and  really appreciated .
Thank you and i hope you have a lovely day .

Playing with water colours and mirror board

Good morning to you all . This morning i'm sharing with you 2 of my latest makes using my water colour pencils for the first time. I had great fun using them and the effects i think have turned out great . How ever i havn't had the courage to add water to them so have left them just coloured as pencils . Will have to experiment soon !!!

My 1st card is using a Digi from Lacy Sunshine  " Eleanor and Pickles popcorn time " And being a new Sunshine Girl for Lacy Sun shine what other images would i use lol .
They are just 2 of the wonderful characters you will find at the shop . . I used bight colours to colour the image so thought i would have to follow the colours to create my card . The colours i used were bright pink and lime green and found they work really well together .

With the colours in mind i decided that i would make the card stand out more by playing around with some mirror card , which i used to frame and embellish my card. The final touch was some bright pink ribbon . I think its turned out a bit fab and funky ...What do you think ??

My 2nd Card is also a stamp from
" Eleanor and Pickles a mammoth ride "

This card i really wanted to show off the image so i have not made it to fussy but have again used mirror card to bring in some shine .
The image was coloured with my water colour pencils and i found it was really easy to get a fur like effect on the mammoth .

I added a simple greeting which was made on the computer and as before just limited embellishment cut from some mirror board .

Thank you all for popping by and hope you all have a wonderful week end .

 A ladies Diary

Good afternoon to you all and thank you all for coming to visit . I Hope the weather isn't causing you to many problems and every one is safe and warm .
Today i would like to share with you a card i made this morning using some of the Graphic 45 "A ladies diary " papers .

The topper and all of the decoupage have been cut from a couple of the designer paper to create a wonderful depth to the card.

I have always loved all of their papers but would have to say that this collection must be my favourite by far .

Any one who owns any of their papers knows that the quality , texture and even smell of the paper is just fantastic and so great to work with .

The only embellishments i have used on this card is a length of ribbon which i threaded through some lace to make a ruffle along the top of the card and some pearls for a little bit of lushness .This is all made using a 8x8 card blank which i have edged with some olive coloured ink.

A Quick Birthday card

This is just a quick little card i made this morning while i was doing the planning for " A ladies diary " . Isn't the stamp just so sweet !!! I just love playing around now with my dies ......What would we do without them .

Thanks again for stopping bay and a super day .

A Docrafts birthday

Good morning everyone . I hope you all have been safe and well over the last couple of days . The snow looks really pretty and is great to see but effects so many peoples lives. Its time for it to go !!!

Well this morning i'm sharing  with you a 8x8 birthday card made from the "me to you " Docrafts collection.

Its such a pretty collection and i love working with it . Its actually how i got started using the Docraft Design studio which i now couldn't live with  out .

However i will have to say this card was made using the die cut  and paper kits .....

I have chosen 3 of the colours to work with,
bright pink

yellow
and green.
Other listed ingredients are ::Me to you Topper , tag and greetings
 light pink card stock
brads
ribbon
gems ( for a little bit of sparkle )
and 2 different  shaped flower punches

Using these papers i created my own coordinating punched and scrunched  flowers which i have held together with brads .  I also used some of the punched flowers and glued flat on the backing paper to add extra design and yes added a little gem to give them a bit of sparkle .

The tag i embellished with one of the greetings a ribbon and a flower .

Well i would like to enter this card into Docrafts
Challenge  " colours ".

Thank you for stopping by and stay warm and safe in this snowy weather .
